Find one token

Add a new raw export
Drop in the same kind of file the dashboard was built from — CSV, XLS or XLSX carrying the All Details column. Every row is parsed exactly the same way, checked against what is already loaded, and merged in. A row counts as a duplicate when its HIP ID, token number, device ID and timestamp all match an existing record.

Everything here lives in your MySQL database on the server, so every approved colleague sees the same numbers. Duplicate rows can never enter twice — the database itself enforces the rule.

Only administrators see this. Deleting cannot be undone, so download a backup first.

1 · Download a full backup
One Excel file with every record ({{ dmTotal }} rows, all facilities and dates) plus the device-owner list. It has the same columns as the original Scan & Share export, so uploading this file above puts all records and device owners back. It contains patient names, mobiles and ABHA IDs, so keep it somewhere safe.
For a complete copy that also includes user accounts, use cPanel → phpMyAdmin → Export as well.
2 · Delete records for a date range
Removes every scan between the two dates (both days included), for all facilities or just one. Good for fixing a wrong upload: delete that period, then upload the correct file.

3 · Delete ALL data and start fresh
Removes every scan record and the upload history. User accounts, their facility access and device owners are kept. Afterwards, upload your files again on this page.

Device owners
Tell the dashboard who operates each device. The name is saved in your database against the Device ID and becomes a search option in the Person report tab. You can paste several Device IDs at once (comma or space separated) to give them all to the same person. Assigning a device that already has an owner replaces the old name.
